Midwest Aerial Photography is a privately owned small business that focuses exclusively on aerial acquisition of photogrammetric-quality images and photographs. Headquartered in Galloway, Ohio, our firm was established in 1989 by Ken Scruggs, who serves as president and oversees all aspects of business and flight operations.
Although based in the Midwest, we have steadily grown to provide collection services throughout the U.S. and Canada with a fleet of seven aircraft in hangar facilities in Ohio and a company-owned aviation maintenance shop, Central Ohio Aircraft Repair (COAR). Our acquisition capabilities include four Z/I Imaging DMC II digital mapping cameras with tightly coupled NovAtel GPS/IMU units, a Leica ALS60 LiDAR system, and four Zeiss RMK TOP film cameras.
