Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à faire les tâches suivantes:

• Connaissance des NOTAMS, météo aviation et exposés météo pour l’équipage, Qualité et Prévol.

• Activation des avions pour Datalink et Iridium dans ARINC.

• Coordination des départs clients avec Contrats.

• Coordination des vols avec ATC et ADM.

• Plans de vol.

• Communication radio avec avions en vol et au sol (licence opérateur radio requise).

• Suivi des vols.

• Connaissance Règlement de l’air Canadien (RAC).

• Planification et publication de l’horaire des pilotes, FTE et GTE (EVPT).

• Différents rapports à exécuter (heures de vol, carburant, KPI, etc.).

• Coordination de la rampe pour les mouvements d’avion (ouverture du SAS, stationnement des

• avions, etc).

• Téléchargement de divers documents dans l’EFB à l’aide de la Console OBDS (Flight Notices, RSI, manuels, listes de contacts, etc.).

En tant que candidat idéal,

• Vous possédez un diplôme d’Études Collégiales et/ou une expérience équivalente.

• Vous avez un minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans un environnement d’opérations aériennes.

• Polyvalent à tous les niveaux, vous êtes minutieux et avez un bon sens de l’organisation, de planification et de résolution de problèmes.

• Vous avez de la facilité à travailler en équipe.

• Vous possédez des bonnes aptitudes de communications interpersonnelles.

• Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la suite MS Office.

• Vous êtes fonctionnel dans la langue française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

• Vous acceptez de travailler selon un horaire de travail flexible (journée, soirée, fin de semaine), selon les besoins de l’organisation.

• Des connaissances dans la planification des vols et des phénomènes météorologiques affectant l’aviation seraient un atout.

In your role, you will be called upon to perform the following tasks,

• Knowledge of NOTAMS, aviation weather and weather brief to crews, Quality and Preflight.

• Aircraft Datalink and Iridium activation with ARINC.

• Customer departure coordination with Contracts.

• Flight coordination with ATC and ADM.

• Flight plans.

• Radio communication with airborne and on ground aircraft (radio operator license required).

• Flight following.

• Canadian Air Regulation knowledge (CAR’s).

• Planning and publishing of the pilots, FTE and GTE schedule (EVPT).

• Producing various reports (flight hours, fuel, KPI’s, etc.).

• Ramp coordination for aircraft movements (SAS opening, aircraft parking, etc.).

• Downloading of various documents in the EFB using the OBDS Console (Flight Notices, RSI’s, manuals, contact lists, etc.).

As an ideal candidate,

• You have a college degree and/or equivalent experience.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a flight operations environment.

• Versatile at all levels, you are meticulous and have good organizational, planning and problem solving skills.

• You have the ability to work in a team environment.

• You have good interpersonal skills.

• You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite.

• You are functional in both French and English, both orally and in writing.

• You are willing to work flexible hours (day, evening, weekend), depending on the needs of the organization.

• Knowledge of flight planning and aviation weather phenomena would be an asset.
