Application Requirements

We are looking for colleagues who meet the following requirements:  

✈ Turkish citizen or blue card holder,

✈ Born on or after 01.01.1987,

✈ Bachelor’s degree in the undergraduate departments of the minimum 4-year universities,

         *The candidates who graduated from universities abroad are required to submit YÖK Equivalence Certificate.

✈ Holdinga valid SHY-UHU Dispatcher license,

✈ Good command of English,

        *English exams will be conducted by Turkish Airlines Inc.

✈ Being able to work in shifts,

✈ Not having criminal record or criminal record archive record,

✈ Not currently working in any of Turkish Airlines Inc. Affiliates,

✈ Who have not resigned from their previous positions due to disciplinary reasons,

✈ Have not previously left Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates through termination.

Job Description

✈ Ensures that flight plans and briefing packages are created and sent to captains and/orrelevant stations.

✈ Ensures the distribution of updated documents and information to its personnel andestablishes the necessary information flow.

✈ Detects operational disruptions that may occur during the flight planning phase, takes precautions and/or ensures that they are taken by coordinating with the relevant units.

✈ Immediately informs superiors in case of emergency or unusual conditions(accident-destruction, hijacking, cessation of operation, etc.) in flight operations to ensure the continuity of the operation.

✈ Coordinates and follows up with relevant units to obtain/change necessary overpass permitsduring the planning phase of flight schedules and/or operational time period;allows you to log into the system.

Manner of Application and Evaluation Processes

 • The job advertisement will be removedonce targeted number of candidates is reached.

 • Evaluation processes to beapplied consist of; check of compliance with the advertisement criteria, onlinegeneral abilities and English exam, video interview, online English interview,personality inventory and face-to-face HR and department technical interviews.  • The workplace is our campuslocated at Istanbul Airport.

 • Working hours: ourcolleagues in the department work in shift order.

 • Candidates who successfully complete allevaluation processes will be employed with the title of "Dispatcher".
