You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Prior experience in an operations role within the aviation or travel industry.
- Solid understanding of airline and airport operations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure effective information flow within teams and to external parties.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and support team operations

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensure all internal departments and external third-party suppliers are informed about the status of daily operations.
- Maintain communication with flight crew via VHF or ACARS, ensuring they have all necessary information for arriving and departing flights.
- Compile daily statistics in real-time.
- Perform other duties as required by the company, either on a permanent or temporary basis as necessary.
- This position is primarily based at Oslo Gardermoen Airport, though some travel around the network may be required to support operations.
- Report directly to the Front of House Manager in Red Handling OSL.
- Support the coordination of daily ground operations, collaborating with the Operations Coordinator and Station Control Team Leader.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure smooth operation coordination at Oslo Airport.
- Communicate effectively with third-party suppliers and internal departments to achieve On-Time Performance (OTP) targets.
- Update airport and internal systems in real-time to ensure accuracy.
- Assist the SCC Team Leader in compiling daily reports.
