As AI Software Engineer, you will work on initiatives across the entire business; initiatives range from our complex global operation to the digital customer experience. Grow Delta’s use of AI within customer and employee facing experiencesPartner with cross functional business and technology teams to understand business landscape and drive AI opportunities.Provide technical thought-leadership and direction for AI solutions across a wide range of centralized and distributed environments across the Delta landscape.Partner with Architecture, Foundations, and Security teams to pave the way for Delta leverage industrialized design patternsHelp to define, design and capture data required for measurement of each solution Collaborate frequently to share ideas and gain perspective. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 5+ years of work experience in Software Engineering3+ years of work/educational experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine LearningExperience with Agile Software Development Lifecycles and DevOps/DevSecOpsDevelopment experience on AWS, AWS Sagemaker requiredExperience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, R, Scala, Spark Experience with one or more of the following: Natural Language Processing, sentiment analysis, classification, pattern recognition.Development experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit, Keras, Caffe, Gluon, Torch. Familiarity with GenAI technology stack, including frameworks for prompt engineering, guardrails for GenAI applications, and LLM fine-tuningExperience working with VectorDBs and other data infrastructure required to efficiently support Generative AI training pipelines and production applications Experience training and maintaining large language modelsExperience with production-grade development, integration and supportExperience and familiarity presenting to technical and business audiencesPosition is hybrid in AtlantaConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
