Advanced Systems Engineer
Bloomington, MN
Contract Position
$49.79-$54.79/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the systems development life cycle, applying advanced technical methodologies to ensure innovative solutions in defense and security systems.
- Drive the systems development life cycle with expertise in requirements management and system modeling tools.
- Develop and apply creative technical solutions aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Present and communicate technical information effectively, ensuring alignment with customer requirements through negotiation and strategic solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field (Science, Engineering, Mathematics). Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with a Master’s degree. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience designing and integrating test equipment.
- Proficiency in C/C++ within the National Instruments software environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical test design and system integration.
