Are you ready to help us make the future? 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerosol Jet Printer Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, applied physics, materials science, or equivalent work experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 
•Develop and optimize electrochemical sensors using Aerosol Jet printing on silicon substrates

•Knowledge of polymers and electrochemistry

•Formulate inks for aerosol jet printing

•Perform hands-on wet chemistry experiments

•Familiarity with 3D printing programming languages

•Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting

•Work in a cleanroom environment (class 100, ISO 5, or ISO 4)

•Experience in industrial integrated circuit or MEMS fab processing

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion

 

 

 

MUST HAVE:  

•  B.S. or higher degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, applied physics, materials science, or equivalent work experience

•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

•  Proficiency in ink formulation for aerosol jet printing

• Strong background in hands-on wet chemistry techniques

•  Basic AutoCAD skills for design purposes

•  Familiarity with 3D programming languages

•  Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting

•  Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (class 100, ISO 5, or ISO 4)

•  Knowledge of polymers and electrochemistry

•  Previous experience in industrial integrated circuit or MEMS fab processing is a plus

 

WE VALUE:  

•  Utilize basic AutoCAD skills for design purposes

•  Electrochemical sensor development experience, including EIS and cyclic voltammetry

•  Knowledge of MEMS device development

•  Proficiency in thin film development and characterization techniques (AFM, SEM, EDX, DSC/TGA)

•  Process development and sustaining experience

•  Quality control experience
