Job Requirements:
Qualifications- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership characteristics with experience in leading teams and managing operations/events.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to various audience sizes.
- Proficiency in computing resources, including MS Office applications.
- Must obtain an interim clearance prior to starting and have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Air Force 7 Level qualified with Red-X Certification.
- CV-22 APU certified.
Desired Qualifications
- Eight or more years of related experience.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or the defense industry.
- Working knowledge and previous experience managing cost, quality, and schedule metrics.
- Ability to contribute to team growth and professional development.
- Excellent oral, active listening, and written communication skills.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a combination of office and aircraft maintenance environments.
- May require occasional travel and direct interaction with military officials and government representatives.
