Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) Ingénieur Design Ailerons et Spoilers (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d’AIRBUS sur son site de Toulouse.  
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département   Ailerons et Spoilers   en charge de la conception, du suivi de fabrication, de la R&T ainsi que du suivi en service des structures ailerons et spoilers.

Cet apprentissage consistera à intégrer l’équipe Ailerons et Spoilers dans un environnement multidisciplinaire, multiculturel et dynamique.
Vous serez amené à intervenir sur toutes les phases du durée de vie de nos composants : développement, suivi en production, incident en service ainsi que des activités de recherches sur des concepts innovants et tout ceci dans la même équipe.

Vous recherchez un contrat d’Alternance, d&39;une durée allant de 2 à 3 ans, afin de valider votre cursus. La durée maximale du contrat peut être portée à 4 ans pour les personnes reconnues travailleur handicapé .
Cet apprentissage pourra commencer en septembre 2024 (en fonction des calendriers des écoles).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Vous serez sous la responsabilité d’un manager qui vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous soutiendra dans le développement de vos compétences.

Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes :

• Conception 3D/2D et définition de concepts innovants dans le cadre de différents projets de recherche et développement ou d&39;amélioration continue

• Eventuellement calcul de structure (DFEM, Résistance des matériaux) sur ces pièces

• Amélioration continue / automatisation des process design

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation d’un niveau BAC &43;5 - Ingénieur dans le domaine du calcul de structure ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

•  Une première expérience en conception de structure

•  Un vif intérêt pour l’innovation

•  Connaissance en calcul de structure

•  Une maitrise des outils tels que Catia, éventuellement HyperMesh/Patran/Nastran serait un plus.

Savoir-être :

• Curieux (se) et autonome

•  Doté (e) d’un sens relationnel et d&39;une bonne capacité de communication

•  Capacité d&39;intégration dans une équipe et souplesse d&39;adaptation

•  Aptitude d’analyse et de synthèse

•  et pourvu(e) d’esprit d’équipe

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais  : avancé

Français : avancé

An apprenticeship offer entitled Apprentice Ailerons and Spoilers Design Engineer (f/m) has just opened within AIRBUS on its site in Toulouse.

You will join a 15 people team in the Ailerons and Spoilers department in charge of the design, support to production, R&T as well as in service support of Ailerons and Spoilers structures.

This apprenticeship will consist of: integrate ailerons and spoilers team in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and dynamic environment. You will be involved in all the phases of our products life cycle: development, support to production, in service support as well as research activities to work on innovative concepts…and all of these in the same team

You are looking for a 3 year apprenticeship contract that can be extended to 4 years for people recognized as &34;disabled worker&34;.

This apprenticeship contract can start from September 2024 (depending on school calendars).
 

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Sizing and optimizing structures by applying different methods (Topological Optimization, Finite Element Model, analytical studies...)

• Possibly 3D / 2D design and definition of innovative concepts.

• Continuous improvement of Stress Analysis processes

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a Master degree (BAC&43; 5) level training in the field of Mechanics and Structural Analysis or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

•  A first experience in structural design

•  A keen interest in innovation

•  Knowledge in structural analysis

•  A mastery of tools such as Catia, and/or Hypermesh/Patran/Nastran would be a plus

Soft Skills :

•  Curious and autonomous

•  Good communication skills

•  Ability to integrate into a team and adaptability

•  Analysis and synthesis skills

•  Team spirit

Language skills:

•  English: advanced

•  French: advanced

Our selection process
