Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Design Stratégique et Conception créative UX (f/h) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein d&39; Airbus Commerciale sur son site de préciser le site de Toulouse- Blagnac. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de concepteurs stratégiques au sein du département Conception stratégique pour les services clients numériques, où nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec nos utilisateurs et nos clients pour résoudre des problèmes passionnants et stimuler l&39;innovation.

Vous apprendrez avec nous et nous aiderez à mettre en pratique vos compétences en résolution de problèmes, votre pensée analytique, les méthodologies de Design Thinking et votre créativité pour contribuer à :

- Recherche d&39;utilisateurs pour identifier les problèmes et les opportunités de création de valeur

- Participer à des ateliers et des séances d&39;idéation

Vous aurez un tuteur pour vous soutenir et vous aider à identifier vos objectifs professionnels, à développer vos compétences et à appliquer votre expérience académique dans le monde réel.

Cette alternance sera une belle opportunité de développer :

- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et réflexion stratégique

- Méthodologies, outils et cadres de conception UX et UI dans des scénarios réels

Idéalement, il s&39;agit d&39;une alternance de 12 mois à démarrer en SEPT 2024 (date sous réserve de flexibilité).

Compétences & Prérequis : 

• Vous préparez un diplôme de Design (ou similaire) dans une Ecole de Design, de Design Numérique, de Design Industriel, d&39;Université de Sciences Sociales... ou toute formation équivalente.

• Vous avez un réel intérêt à résoudre les problèmes en écoutant les gens, en plaçant les besoins des clients au centre et en faisant preuve de créativité pour trouver des solutions innovantes.

Compétences linguistiques

Anglais : avancé

Français : intermédiaire

Notre processus de sélection : 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur, vous serez invité(e) à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé.
Si votre candidature est présélectionnée en shortlist, le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34; Apprentice in Strategic Design, UX Creative Thinking (f/m)&34; has just opened within Airbus Commerciale on Toulouse- Blagnac site.

You will join a team of Strategic Designers at the Strategic Design for Digital Customer Services department, where we work closely with our users and customers to solve exciting problems and drive innovation.

You would learn with us, and help us, put into practice problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, Design Thinking methodologies and creativity to contribute to:

• User research to identify problems and opportunities to create value

• Participate in workshops and ideation sessions

• Develop ideas from the conception to tangible solutions with a cross-functional team

You will have a tutor to support you and help you identify your professional objectives, grow your skills and apply your academic experience into the real world.

This Apprenticeship will be a great opportunity to develop:

• Problem solving ability and strategic thinking 

• UX and UI design methodologies, tools and frameworks into real life scenarios

Ideally, this is a 12 month Apprenticeship to be started in SEPT 2024 (date subject to flexibility). 

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Skills & Prerequisites:

• You are preparing a Design (or similar) diploma in a Design School, Digital Design, Industrial Design, Social Sciences University... or any equivalent education.

• You have a true interest in solving problems by listening to people, putting the customers’ needs at the center and being creative to find innovative solutions.

Language skills

English: advanced

French: intermediate

 

Our selection process

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. If your application is shortlisted, the manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
