Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Implement product strategies by transforming visions into actionable backlog items.
• Project Management: Create and manage project tracking for all M&E IT initiatives with clear process owners and timelines.
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from M&E and IT to refine the product continuously.
• Requirement Verification: Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements are met and accepted.
• Team Collaboration: Engage actively with M&E and IT teams for daily collaborations.
• Training Support: Collaborate with Maintenance Training for effective technology solutions training.
• Business Continuity: Manage and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans with periodic testing.
• System Maintenance: Oversee the creation, configuration, and maintenance of roles, permissions, and locations in the M&E system.
• Compliance Review: Coordinate process owner reviews for roles, permissions, users, and technology compliance.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct and manage risk assessments related to technology changes.
• Budget Management: Handle the budget for some technology expenditures.
• Problem Management: Oversee the problem management process to prevent problem recurrence.
• Lean Methodologies: Apply Lean methodologies to optimize tooling storage and other processes.
• Safety & Security: Ensure compliance with the companys Security and Safety Management System (SMS), including Safety Risk Management and Assurance outputs.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing technology solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation maintenance & engineering technology.
• Familiarity with Agile environments, ideally SCRUM.
• Certification or experience in project management.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English – speaking, reading, and writing.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
