Aircraft Maintenance & Certification: Perform full maintenance, repair, and overhaul of B767 aircraft, including both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, and ensure all work adheres to company and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and guide a team of mechanics and support staff, setting high standards in maintenance execution and best practices.
Efficiency & Timeliness: Complete maintenance activities on schedule to meet customer expectations for on-time performance and technical dispatch reliability.

Skills & Experience Required

Licensing: Part 66 CAA License (B1/B2) with B767 type rating.
Experience: Solid base maintenance experience within an MRO setting.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
Additional Requirements: Full UK driving license and proficiency with MS Office applications.
