What You Will Do:

• Accountable for managing and reporting on all facets of manpower planning, strategic outsourcing, as well as overhead planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with the ESTO leadership team on various business aspects, ensuring staffing actuals align with CIPT budgets, maintaining outsourced statements of work (SOW) in adherence to ESTO strategy, and overseeing effective management of overhead.
• Responsible for QN (Quality Notification) Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) monthly reporting and working closely with Operating Expense (OpX) and Finance leadership.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting with 12 years of related experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Department/Segment Overview: Engineering Support to Operations (ESTO) provides dedicated support by eliminating quality notifications, escapes, and work stops and enabling the producibility and delivery of legacy and new parts, assemblies, modules, and engines. ESTO covers all engine programs and part families, enabling engine deliveries, first-piece reviews, first-article inspections, analysis automation, and process certification. ESTO also supports the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) initiative in Operations. Technical disciplines in ESTO include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, and Manufacturing Engineering.

What is my role type: In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. We’ve introduced role types to help you understand how you will operate in our blended work environment. This role is:

• Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  This means that the responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
