In Airbus Aerostructures stehen wir für eine hocheffiziente und nachhaltige Flugzeugproduktion im Herzen von Airbus. Zur Unterstützung unseres Site Engineering Teams suchen wir eine/n

 Wir sind das Site Engineering Team für alle Flugzeugprogramme in Stade. Wir unterstützen bei allen Herausforderungen mit Engineering Einfluss, die zu Störungen in der Fertigung führen können und sind dafür verantwortlich, dass unsere Verbundwerkstoffteile und -baugruppen lufttüchtig sind.  Uns zeichnet aus, dass wir immer auf der Suche nach Möglichkeiten sind, unsere Produkte und Prozesse noch besser zu machen. Wir sind ein hervorragendes Team von fast 30 erfahrenen Ingenieuren, die die Produktion aller Komponenten (Flügel / Rumpf / Seitenleitwerk) in einem länderübergreifenden Umfeld unterstützen. • Du analysierst und validierst Verbundwerkstoff- und Hybridstrukturen sowie -baugruppen  hinsichtlich statischer Festigkeit und Ermüdungsfestigkeit nach validierten Methoden und bietest Lösungen für die Reparatur und Abnahme beschädigter Strukturen an  

• Du stellst die Einhaltung von Lufttüchtigkeits Vorschriften, relevanten Konstruktionsprinzipien, Prozessen und Methoden  sicher

• Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit anderen Ingenieurs- und Betriebsdisziplinen, um die Sicherheit unserer Produkte und den Produktionsablauf jederzeit zu gewährleisten

• Du unterstützt das Site Engineering und unsere Engineering-Organisation dabei, mehr Transparenz für unsere internen und externen Stakeholder zu schaffen indem Du aktiv an Digitalisierungsprojekten mitarbeitest

• Du engagierst Dich aktiv in unseren Verbesserungsprojekten, mit denen wir unser Team und unser Werk in die Lage versetzen, immer noch ein Stückchen besser zu werden

Dein Arbeitsort befindet sich in der Hansestadt Stade, ganz in der Nähe von Hamburg und liegt am südlichen Elbufer. • Erfahrung: Du hast einen Engineering Abschluss und bringst idealerweise bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Luftfahrtumfeld mit

• Faszination für Verbundwerkstoffe: Du interessiert Dich für die Herstellung von Verbundwerkstoff Strukturen und hast Spaß daran,diese vielseitig einzusetzen und mit ihnen Lösungen für die Zukunft unserer Produkte zu entwickeln

• Optimierungswillen: Du hast Spaß an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und möchtest unsere Prozesse und Produkte gemeinsam mit uns und durch den Einsatz neuer Technologien verbessern

• Affinität zu Projekttätigkeiten: Du hast (erste) Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und möchtest diese gern für und mit uns ausbauen

• Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Du möchtest mehr Verantwortung übernehmen und strebst in der Zukunft eine Unterschriftsberechtigung an

• Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, auch in allen technischen Belangen

We are the site engineering team for all aircraft programs in Stade. We assist with any challenges with engineering influence that may lead to disruptions in manufacturing and are responsible for ensuring that our composite parts and assemblies are airworthy. We are an outstanding team of almost 30 experienced engineers who support the production of all components (wings / fuselage / vertical stabilizer) in a cross-border environment. • You will be in close contact with other engineering and operational disciplines to ensure the safety of our products and production processes at all times

• You support site engineering and our engineering organization in creating more transparency for our internal and external stakeholders by actively working on digitalization projects

• You are actively involved in our improvement projects, with which we enable our team and our factory to continue to become a little better

Experience: You have an engineering degree and ideally have several years of professional experience in the aviation environment

Fascination with composite materials: You are interested in the production of composite structures and enjoy using them in a variety of ways and using them to develop solutions for the future of our products

Willingness to optimize: You enjoy continuous improvement and would like to improve our processes and products together with us and through the use of new technologies

Affinity for project activities: You have (initial) experience in project work and would like to expand this for and with us

Sense of responsibility: You would like to take on more responsibility and are aiming for signature authority in the future

Language skills: You speak German and English fluently, including in all technical matters
