Job Description:
The jobholder is fully accountable for coordinating the End2End Quality Assurance and Configuration Attestation activities related to the product deliverables under the overall India C295 contract.
To manage, control and document the configuration conformity all along the aircraft industrial life cycle up to the delivery to the customer.
Ensure airworthiness of the aircrafts along manufacturing phase, being accountable for the “Certificate of Conformity” signature in accordance with applicable Indian Regulations.
The job holder is to support enhanced liaison with the Government Quality Assurance Authorities (DGAQA representatives) to coordinate and streamline product presentations for smooth clearance and build a trustful and mature relationship.
Key Deliverables:
The Job Holder is accountable for ensuring the successful clearance of the following activities
To control the quality of the Attestation Report at the industrial milestones prior to the Flight Line phase. This person must secure the right configuration control in whole steps before to into Flight Line, I mean, the stage related to MCAs, IFA and FAL
To deliver on time and on quality the Attestation Report at the end of the Manufacturing phase. To secure Configuration conformity for the complete Aircraft prior to the delivery center
To prepare and deliver the Aircraft Documentation for the delivery phase with the Customer
To ensure the documentation of all phases of manufacturing is in line with the contract, Internal Procedures and external regulations
To sign the Certificate of Conformity for granting the Airworthiness Certificate to ascertain that the aircraft is manufactured as per the approved design and as per the laid down procedures
To support the Delivery Manager and address the queries related to configuration and conformity.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities that the Job Holder should ensure of the following activities
To ensure that the Aircraft Built-status is in line with &34;as-defined&34; aircraft
To detect, analyze and report any discrepancies at aircraft level in strong coordination with internal departments
To check the conformity status of the / SAP/ Control Report integrated in the aircraft
To collect, and control the Attestation Report and associated documents at every milestone when required
To support the regulatory authorities on all issues related to configuration and documentation during Final Assembly Line & Flight Line manufacturing process
To track and ensure all the applicable modifications are applied to the Aircraft under manufacturing
To ensure that all the technical queries are addressed prior to the delivery of the aircraft
To monitor the Aircraft maintenance program during the Production phase
To control the Aircraft´s AOL / AOT / SIL or any other directive to be included while the Aircraft manufacturing
To support internal audit, as well as those coming from the Authority / Applicable Regulation.
