Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITY
Establish Tool shop to ensure all the necessary tools are sufficient for production
Establish tool shop management procedure and perform maintenance for the tools
Manage Tools calibration to ensure all tools are effectiveness
Analysis with ME and production to develop new tools for production needs.
Other support for the new manufacturing line requirement
Main activities
Analysis with ME and production to check all the necessary tools can be sufficient for daily production work and the work should include fitter, Meca and Elec scope.
Establish tools list and launch request to supplier officer to create PR&PO to purchase all the tools for production team
Manage and develop special tools to ensure all potential difficulties situation and location can be reached such as drill and reamer for titanium material and perform rework in the very narrow space etc.
Perform weekly review and monthly review for the tools consumable situation and Launch request for the tools supplement
Establish tool shop management procedures to secure all the Tools are in good condition such as humidity and temperature control etc.
Establish the roles for leasing tools from MRO or the third party agency to secure the very urgent cases happening from the flow line.
QUALIFICATION
Education: Aeronautics education. Engineer equivalent degree.
Experience: 5-10 years’ in Aviation industry, with experience in multi-functional teams & subcontracted activities management.
Basic Skills: Be fluent in English.
Ability:
Ability to work in an international team, with people from various cultural backgrounds, and across organizational borders,
Agility & reliability: proactive thinking & acting. Be an innovative & autonomous problem solver,
Ability to work under pressure,
Customer minded with good communication & well developed negotiation skills.
Aircraft processes & tools such as SAP, ACPnG, &64;irNav, CIRCE, IBM...
