Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface with the customer’s quality team, addressing quality issues and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Write detailed reports and corrective actions and present them during weekly meetings with the customer.
• Review and analyze technical data, drawings, and work instructions to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including business leaders, other quality engineers, production engineers, and engineering teams, to troubleshoot and perform failure analysis.
• May be required to assist with quality issues in production, in addition to repair shop
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical skillset to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with both electrical and mechanical products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing technical data.
• Ability to work independently, managing tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

Pay and Benefits:

• The pay for this position is $117,900 - 157,000.  The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on February 28th, 2025.
