As a Cyber Security Engineer II, you will join the Global OT Cybersecurity Managed Security Services team. You will ensure maintenance of the service delivery to our customers including infrastructure health, software maintenance, management of OT cyber solutions on the customer side, and the delivery of Honeywell Connected cyber industrial remote services to customers in the Americas. This role directly reports to Americas MSS Operations Manager and operates as part of a global managed services team. The candidate should have strong customer service skills, maintain close relationships with other departments, and be capable of configuring and maintaining the businesss underlying hardware and software components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•Represent the managed security services business professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
•Take on lead or support roles in assigned projects and delivery tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant high-quality service delivery. 
•Perform application and system administration tasks to maintain the Managed Security Services Center at industry-standard operational levels. 
•Respond to monitoring alerts by informing customers of alarm situations, investigating issues, and determining optimal solutions. 
•Contribute to the enhancement of the remote services portfolio. 
•Stay up to date with on HPS/Industry Standard networking, cybersecurity, and wireless product/systems portfolio, maintaining expertise in specific network disciplines. 
•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, offering accurate and efficient technical/engineering support. 
•Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of relevant safety certifications. 
•Configure and implement Secure Hosting solutions on-site, if required. 
•Acquire new cybersecurity certifications and uphold existing ones. 
•Stay informed about current industry security standards, such as IEC-62443, ISO 27000, etc. 
•Address customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most suitable technical solutions promptly.

YOU MUST HAVE:
•Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
•2+ years of experience in industrial automation, networking, or systems engineering.
•3+ years of experience with networks, IT, or OT Security/Industrial Cyber Security.
•2+ years experience in Windows and Linux systems administration.

WE VALUE:
•Bachelors degree in computer engineering, computer science or a related field.
•CISCO Certified Network Associate or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.
•Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000 series, and ISO 20001.
•Linux and Firewall Management related certifications.
•Experience in firewall configuration.
•Ability to author technical reports.
•Knowledge of cloud integration and maintenance.
•Knowledge of automation, SCADA, and DCS.
•Experience with virtualization (VM CISCO Certified Network/Design/Security Professional).
•Experience with security monitoring (WMI, SNMP, Syslog).
•Experience with Microsoft Patch management solutions (WSUS, MSSC).
•Experience with antivirus solutions with centralized management (McAfee ePO, Symantec EPM).
