KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Experience with additional ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage is highly valued.
Experience supporting development teams building ASP.NET applications backed by SQL Server databases is desired.
Knowledge of cloud data solutions and experience with modern data platforms, with the interest and capacity to grow into cloud-native tools as opportunities arise.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD for data pipelines is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing data workflows and improving system performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across technical and business teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Top-Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management Information Systems or related discipline.
Engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline
3+ years of related job experience

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
Extensive experience in SSIS/ETL development and deployment, with strong skills in building and managing ETL pipelines in complex environments.
Hands-on experience in SSIS Administration & Configuration, including installing and setting up new environments.
Proficiency in T-SQL for advanced query optimization, performance tuning, and database development.
Strong experience in SQL Server administration, including database management, optimization, and security.
Hands-on experience in data engineering, particularly with data transformation, integration, and workflow automation.
Expertise in deploying and managing SSIS services for automated execution across multiple environments.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell (or similar) to automate and optimize database tasks.
Proven experience managing database security, including encryption and access control, ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
Experience with data consolidation from various data sources into SQL Server.
Ability to work effectively across multiple environments, ensuring consistency and performance across systems.
