As a graphic design officer, you will be responsible to develop excellent quality designs/layouts for division presentations, manuals, documents etc. to ensure designs are as per QR corporate guidelines and standards. Check and proof content/design for errors and make necessary corrections to artwork by using desktop publishing software and tools to design, develop and produce camera ready copies. Monitor visual representation of work in progress as per instructions of Line Manager and other team members throughout the process and make modifications to align with QR standards.
Other key responsibilities are:
- Developing design, design elements and layout formats as per the project and teams requirements to ensure that quality graphic work is developed as per QR standards.
- Managing graphic design applications and select appropriate size, style, type and prepare professional material for commercial and/or official purposes.
- Positioning text and art elements from a variety of databases in a visually appealing way in order to design print or web pages as required by the Project requirements and Line Manager.
- Editing photographs, images and/or the artwork to ensure that images created are as realistic and impactful as possible ensuring high quality and aesthetically pleasing.
- Ensuring that all relevant changes are agreed upon with the concerned stakeholder prior to updating material. Support departmental colleagues in formatting, printing and preparation of documents including artwork, specifications, feedback reports and presentations as and when required.
- Supporting the design team with supplier coordination, pre-production sampling reviews and documentation to ensure that supplier is well informed from technical aspects to produce/provide intended results.
- Creating professional standard informative materials for distribution to colleagues or other departments as and when required.
- Providing desktop publishing and general digital artwork support to the projects / Line Manager.
- Performing other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Product Development & Design team.
- Minimum 3+ years of job related work experience
- Ability to work well with team environment with multiple cultural background
- Pro-active and have very good attention to detail
- Time Management Skills, organised, flexible and adaptive to changes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed with MS Office Applications
- Well versed with Adobe Creative Applications
