DevSecOps Engineer (Onsite)

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer in Hazelwood, Missouri for the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program. The Tomahawk program continues to grow and expand as a relevant deterrent against adversaries across the globe and is employed by multiple military organizations. This program is expected to remain in active service for the foreseeable future.
The successful candidate for the role of DevSecOps Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the development, documentation and maintaining standardized, efficient, and innovative processes for the Tomahawk program, while adhering to strict government regulations. You will have the opportunity to shape and guide compliance, enabling continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of safety critical software. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing the acceptability of unique configurations and implementing mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will be supporting collaboration with cross functional teams to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software engineering systems.
Position Responsibilities:
- Harden infrastructure for development and production environments.
- Build and operate continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines (CI/CD).
- Deploy containerized applications with a container orchestration tool.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for infrastructure automation.
- Integrate with DoD practices for cloud and deployment environments.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Hazelwood, MO Boeing facility.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD platforms (GitLab, Jenkins).
- Implementing DevSecOps practices within the DoD environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- NET environments (.vbproj, .csproj) with InstallShield
- Infrastructure Automation Tools developing Infrastructure as Code (HashiCorp Terraform, Ansible)
- Linux Environments (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, RHEL 9)
- Windows Environments (Windows Server, Windows 10/11)
- Government Cloud Environments (AWS)
- Container Orchestration Tools (Kubernetes, Rancher, OpenShift) with container software (Docker, Podman)
- Security Tool Usage and Implementation for SAST, DAST, and SCA (Fortify, JFrog XRay)
- Git Version Control
- Agile Development Experience
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualification, as well as spanet and business considerations. Summary base pay range $98,400 - $123,000
