Electrical Engineer II for Intelligrated Systems, LLC in St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities: 
Learn the basics of case handling, such as the way cases react as they flow through the palletizer.
Take a meaningful role in design and troubleshooting discussions with the mechanical engineers.
Design and implement control systems for palletizers and robot cells. This includes creating the drawing package, releasing it to our panel builder and answering questions/resolving issues at our panel builder, in our assembly shop, and in the field.
Write and implement PLC and HMI programs for palletizers and robot cells.
Test and commission palletizers and robot cells in our shop and at customer sites.
Execute all projects tasks on schedule and within contract hours.

Location: St. Louis, MO
40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Mastersdegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or arelated field and one (1) year of experience in electrical engineering.

Alternatively, employer will accept a bachelors degree in the stated fields andthree (3) years of experience in electrical engineering.

Full term ofexperience must include: Allen Bradley line of processors, from PLC5 throughControl Logix and related software, such as Allen Bradley HMIs (Human MachineInterface) and Factory Talk View Studio; Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)programming and electrical design of PLCs; HMI and SCADA systems; VariableFrequency Drive (VFD) programming and setup; ability to create electricaldrawings using AutoCAD Electrical; ability to establish Ethernet communicationsbetween Allen-Bradley PLCs (Programmable Logic Control), PanelViews, VFDs(Variable Frequency Drive), servo drives, I/O products, and othernon-Allen-Bradley devices such as bar code scanners; and ability to configureand program Allen-Bradley safety PLCs (Programmable Logic Control) andPanelviews.

Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
