What Youll Do:
- Develop Your Skills: Engage in assignments designed to build your professional knowledge through cross-functional and cross-divisional experiences.
- Hands-On Training: Acquire on-the-job training in specialized technical and engineering principles essential for Parkers cutting-edge products.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside senior engineers to tackle routine technical assignments and gain valuable insights into project management and design reviews.
- Continuous Learning: Attend internal and external development seminars to enhance your skills and apply new techniques to your work.
- Team Player: Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results, collaborating on cross-functional projects, and supporting your colleagues.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: You should have completed at least two years of a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You must be enrolled in your third or fourth year of college.
- Eagerness to Learn: No prior professional experience is required, but a fundamental understanding of engineering principles is a plus!
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with standard business applications and specialized engineering software is beneficial.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to research, analyze data, and develop recommendations to solve problems.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to group success.
