Summary:

This position supports the airline&39;s in-service fleet in airframe repairs and is responsible for quality justifications from a static analysis standpoint in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include performing static analysis analysis for metallic parts, working closely with design and F&TD colleagues to provide repair solutions.

Methods include the use of classical hand calculations and computational techniques to develop efficient repair solutions that meet airworthiness requirements and customer needs (Airlines/MROs).

Responsabilities:

• Create high quality, integrated and certified engineering repair solutions for airlines and internal clients within established deadlines.
• Autonomously perform static analysis to assess whether structural integrity requirements have been met using standard manual and computational methods. Duties include structural justification documentation and subsequent certification documents to support the in-service fleet.
• Liaise with Design, F&TD and other appropriate Airbus departments to find optimal design solutions for the airline customer.
• Ensure that the final repair solution returns the aircraft to an airworthy condition.
• Identify and support local improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Advanced English.
• Solid experience in the aeronautical sector.
• Solid knowledge of aeronautical structures.
• Understanding of structural calculations (static analysis).
• Understanding of aeronautical certification requirements.
• Bachelor&39;s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Identificar e apoiar iniciativas locais de melhoria.

Requisitos:

• Inglês avançado.
