Honeywells ACST team is seeking an Engineer Support Specialist I for our Golden Valley, MN location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Maintaining lab safety and compliance by completing lab safety checklists
  • Identifying items that require calibration and maintenance, and managing the maintenance process
  • Providing proposal and administrative support including participating in proposal development, renewing software licenses, dispersing technical publications, and inventory management
  • Managing the program purchasing process (e.g., obtaining quotes, creating purchase requisition requests, writing sole source justifications, and tracking material)
  • Overseeing tagging, transporting, and tracking of government/capital property and expense items, and ensuring compliance with the Government Property Manual
  • Partnering with the facilities team to generate, track and review work orders, ensuring compliance to safety regulations and supporting facility modifications

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • At least two (2) years of experience managing inventory and purchase requests
  • U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance

WE VALUE

  • We value candidates who may have one or more of the following skills: 
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associates or Technical degree or 4 years Military experience
  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Experience working with SAP, eQuip! and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
