What You Will Do

• Update and manage systems applications, and engineering data processing.

• Update and maintain engineering work instruction.

• Update and manage in-house built engineering database and dashboards. 

• Prepare monthly engineering reports and presentation materials.

• Support in monthly office inventory and procurement request & administration.

• Coordinate with various external and government agencies.

• Support office digitization in Smart factory transformation.

• Support employee engagement sub-committee activities.

• Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Diploma/NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Min 2 year of relevant experience in project coordination and administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office to update, process data and create presentation materials.

• Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Knowledge in software applications – Qlik Sense, Prosoft and/or SAP.

• Knowledge in Aerospace, Industry 4.0 or Technology Transformation.
