Core Responsibilities:

• Working directly with the Engineering team and shop floor personnel on various assignments including:
• Inspection work instructions
• Data administration – ensuring current specification compliance
• Repair process work instructions
• Repair development support
• Tooling design modifications for improved production efficiency
• Tooling design for processing aircraft components through repair
• Quoting of new repairs
• 3D Printing
• CAD support AutoCAD Inventor
• CNC Programming
• Inspection reports for customer review
• Reviewing MRO technical data revision status
• Uploading documents into business online technical library
• Collection and analysis of production quality data

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment
• Previous experience working with power/hand tools and measurement devices a plus
• CAD experience a plus
• Experience with MS Office preferred

• High school diploma or GED required
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in an engineering or technical discipline
