STS Technical Services is hiring an Engineering Programmer to develop customized tools for internal customers across departments, including Product Development, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain. This role involves maintaining existing tools in SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, Excel, and Access, while proactively anticipating and optimizing the tools to better serve users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tools using SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, Excel, and Access.
- Proactively optimize tools for better efficiency and meet customer needs across departments.
- Assist in creating presentations and reports for executive leadership.
- Anticipate and understand the uses of requested tools and deliver solutions that address user needs.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong experience in PowerBI, Excel, Access, SharePoint, and Teams.
- High attention to detail, with tools used for company-defining decisions by executive leadership.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach to tool optimization.
- General understanding of design and manufacturing processes for large durable goods.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required.
