Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Coordination

• Lead weekly integrated team meetings for designated work packages.

• Harmonize, maintain, and update schedules for each program phase.

• Integrate work package schedules into the overall program plan, ensuring alignment with other work packages.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify, report, and develop mitigation plans for risks and issues.
• Contribute to problem-solving and recovery plans to maintain key deliverables timelines.

Change Management

• Lead end-to-end change-management activities for a portfolio of changes.
• Present and summarize changes for the Technical Review Board (TRB) to facilitate approvals.
• Prepare cost summaries for proposed changes.
• Monitor and report change progress throughout its lifecycle.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with governing documents, processes, and standards.
• Drive the effective delivery, review, and approval of program deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cybersecurity, MS Windows, firewalls, etc.).
• Familiarity with industrial environments, including PLC, IHM, and SCADA systems.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Project Management Certifications preferred (PMI, PRINCE2, etc).
