A an Engineering Repairs Coordinator at EEMC, you will plan, monitor and administer progress of aftermarket processes supporting efficient management of repair/ overhaul/modification of components and engine/APU at the repair service providers, at optimal cost and within agreed repair turnaround time (RTAT).
In this role, you will:
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication as part of the management of processes and in enabling clear communication for better end-to-end planning and control across the process chain.
- Maintain close coordination with all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to Material Planning, Overhaul workshops, Fleet Technical Management etc. to support Material Service Level KPI.
- Coordinate with repair service providers/stakeholders to ensure that repairs processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Emirates Engine Maintenance Centre (EEMC) Component Repair
- Ensure the repair work called out on the Repair Order (RO) is in accordance with the engine manual and liaise with the Production Inspector to correct any discrepancies noted.
- Ensure that all the Service Bulletin (SB) and Airworthiness Directive (AD) are called out on the Repair Order (RO) as per engine Workscope.
- Ensure outgoing ROs have all the relevant documents attached before handing over the shipment for processing.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders for any queries raised against a repair call out from the vendor and provide revised ROs as required.
- Extract and evaluate all sets of data relating to In-House Capability or Alternate Repair & Supply. Liaise with relevant stakeholders for the compilation of the information and analysis to assist in the decision making process.
- Maintain Vendor and Part Level RO performance data to allow for vendor management activities to take place.
