Skills you can bring to this role:
· Experience with the design of CLAWS for atmospheric flight vehicles including linear and non-linear analysis techniques in the time and frequency domains.
· Experience with flight dynamics and simulation modeling.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset and the ability to prioritize work.
· Experience with desktop analysis, piloted software-in-the-loop simulation, piloted software and hardware-in-the loop test labs, and/or aircraft flight test.
· Exposure to the development, verification, validation, and certification / qualification of commercial or military aircraft to relevant industry or regulatory standards
· Exposure to software development in an embedded or real-time operating systems environment utilizing model-based design techniques with tools such as MathWorks MATLAB Simulink with Stateflow.
· Exposure to the hardware and software associated with flight control systems, avionics, electrical systems, engine controllers, inertial sensors, air data computers, analog sensors, mission systems, crew stations, and/or actuation devices.
What you need to be successful:
· At least 2 years of relevant experience.
· Bachelor’s degree with a major in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
· Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience.
· Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
