This position is for a member of an ADP Flight Test Engineering team. As a member of Test & Evaluation the selected candidate will be part of a fast paced, dynamic environment exploring state of the art technical solutions. The qualified candidate will be tasked across the full flight test life cycle, providing support for all flight test activity from laboratory, to ground test, to flight. You will be required to customize test processes to individual customers and circumstances, assess prototype aircraft operations for risk, and assist in developing appropriate mitigating procedures. During flight phase you may very well be the primary individual monitoring vehicle performance in a highly dynamic Mission Control Room. Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline
Experience with engineering design and documentation
Desired Skills:
Ability to work in a collaborative and highly integrated team environment.
Creativity/innovation to tackle issues related to anomalous performance of any aspect of an aircraft operations.
Ability and desire to assume ownership of tasks and drive to closure quickly and efficiently.
A basic-to-advanced understanding of a wide range of engineering disciplines.
Familiarization with MATHCAD, MATLAB, and Python Script
Knowledge of engineering design, CAD-based software, AutoCAD/Autodesk, and CATIA
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
