About the Role...

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to coordinate the integration and test of ground software controlling digital payload processing hardware for satellite telecommunications.

Working as a senior developer within our ground software team, you will be responsible for maintaining our current hardware-software testbeds and developing the future.

How will you contribute to the team…

• Application of a sophisticated hardware-software testbed using continuous integration techniques to successfully validate the control software on current missions

• Definition of the verification and validation strategies for current and future products in agreement with stakeholders

• Ensure quality of verification and validation testing of software and integrated products via suitable planning, detailed test definitions and documentation, making continuous improvements

• Training and mentoring of junior engineers on the team

ABOUT YOU

• Senior software developer using Java

• Expertise in CI methodologies and test automation tools

• Experienced in integration, verification and validation against specified requirements

• Communication and leadership skills to collaborate well within a multi-disciplinary engineering team
