What You Will Be Doing
As a Production Efficiency Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our production processes and facility layouts to enhance overall efficiency. Your work will involve analyzing workflows, designing improvements, and implementing strategies that maximize the utilization of both equipment and personnel. You will also contribute to safety initiatives and training programs, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll drive cost reduction and process improvement efforts that support our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and design the sequence of operations and workflow to enhance efficiencies across plant and production facilities, as well as optimize equipment layouts.
- Develop and implement methods to maximize the utilization of production facilities and personnel, driving continuous improvement in operations.
- Collaborate on or establish accident prevention measures and manage training programs to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
- Conduct in-depth studies related to cost control, cost reduction, inventory management, and production record systems, using insights to recommend and implement facility modifications and process improvements.
- Work closely with facilities engineers to assist in the planning and design of facility enhancements that support streamlined operations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
