Your location

You will be working at the company headquarters situated in Toulouse.

Your Main Responsibilities

As an Industrial Designer you will be responsible to develop design concepts that seamlessly balance a consistent aesthetic approach with robust functionality and performance. 

  • You will be in charge of interpreting trends, feedback of Airlines and passengers and market information into new design concepts

  • You will propose and develop concepts into solutions and appropriate communication using 2D and 3D techniques

  • You will prepare and deliver presentations  in 2D, 3D and virtually to internal key stakeholders

  • You will champion design and customer requirements throughout the development process, ensuring design integrity and a customer centric mind-set is maintained

  • You will exchange with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the balance of a consistent desirability, feasibility and viability

This role can involve regular international travel for business and as such you have to be able to travel accordingly.

 

Your Boarding Pass

  • You have university degree in design or equivalent 

  • You bring professional design experience, ideally with a major in house or design agency where you have successfully lead major projects collaborating with internal and external teams

  • You show strong visualisation skills both in 2D such as After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and 3D like Rhino, Blender

  • You have an understanding of industrial manufacturing and production processes while experience in aircraft industry is appreciated but not required

  • You are a highly motivated, open-minded and creative person with a can do attitude

  • You show strong communication, networking and presentation skills while being a team player in an international environment

  • Your English is at a negotiation level


Required Skills:

  • University degree in design related subject
  • Design experience ideally within major in house or agency team
  • Strong visualisation skills both in 2D (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc) and 3D (eg Rhino etc)
  • Good knowledge of standard Office tools (Powerpoint, word etc)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of industrial manufacturing and production processes
  • Good command of English language
  • Ability to work as part of international cross functional team 
  • Motivated and positive mind-set with a can do attitude
  • Ability to travel internationally when required


Desired Skills:

  • Experience of the aircraft industry is desired but not essential
  • International design experience 
  • French and/or German language skills
  • Ability to manage and work with external agencies, suppliers and manufacturers
