Plan, manage and monitor Inbound logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics service providers, transportation companies and customers drive OTD.
Ensure timely PO release and Freight bill verification and resolve the issues by coordinating with forwarders/ transporter and CFT.
Coordinate custom document amendments and develop robust action plan to avoid recurrence of issues in future.
Ensure timely recovery of claims, penalties from forwarders/transporters.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports customer issues.
