Job Description SummaryThis position is for a Lead Engineer – Project Management at BladeworX. You will manage the day-to-day activities of NPI projects required to meet business needs. Working collaboratively with the Engineering & technical teams, you will work to develop consistent manufacturing processes and plans, while focusing on Lean and continuous improvements to drive efficiency.

This role will be on-site at the BladeworX facility only.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and managing engineering/technology projects.
  • Manage schedules and integration of NPI projects to meet customer CTQs and hit tollgate milestones
  • Have a detailed understanding of key business drivers, using this to prioritize own work and establish a broader view of how teamwork integrates with business initiatives
  • Interface between the customer and project teams, managing the transfer of information and requests
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and keep customer advised of project progress.
  • Propose changes, variations, and solutions to solve complex issues.
  • Navigate complex processes requiring collaboration/management of many stakeholder inputs
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, building upon prior experience
  • Lead or participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and projects
  • Participate and present in technical and program reviews

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED + a minimum of 4 years of project management and/or supply chain experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management and/or supply chain experience
