Provide Industrial engineering support to the production facility in Wall township, NJ
Main Objectives:
•tProduction and Lean support for the NJ facility
•tTechnical Research for short term building support projects
•tDocument and improve Facility and workstation layout
•tImprovements of Production Equipment
•tAssist with removal of any barriers to on time delivery of parts to customers
•tEngineered solutions to Improve process and facility safety
•tProposals for Tooling and process equipment design for safety, standards, and quality improvements

Job Requirements:

•\tHands on Equipment troubleshooting - Basic
•\tAbility to design tools and aids - intermediate
•\tAbility to understand and interpret engineering documents. - Intermediate
•\tExperience with CAD software. Preferably Auto Cad, Solid Works, or Catia - Advanced
•\tMust have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills. - Advanced
•\tKnowledge of equipment repair and upgrade. - Advanced
•\tOrganizational and time-management skills. - Basic
•\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced
•\tAttention to detail - Advanced
•\tAble to work independently and as part of a team -Advanced
•\tProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and equipment management software - Basic
