Manufacturing Engineer II (Night Shift): 48274

Job Description:

STS Technical Services is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. If you’re passionate about optimizing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting equipment, and driving efficiency improvements, we’d love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support for welding, metal fabrication, and other manufacturing processes.
Enhance welding and fabrication workflows to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality, cost, and quantity objectives.
Collaborate with work groups, quality teams, product engineers, and manufacturing support services to address daily challenges.
Tackle equipment, quality, and throughput issues to keep production running smoothly.
Develop cost reduction programs by improving manufacturing efficiency, schedule attainment, and first-run capacity.

Shift Details

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
Early overtime during the week and required weekend overtime may be needed.
Attendance at mandatory staff meetings, including Wednesdays until 7:15 AM, is required.
