About the RoleAs a Manufacturing Engineer Support Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the engineering team, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and at the highest standards. You’ll troubleshoot machinery, support product testing, collect valuable data for engineering projects, and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge products. Your work will directly impact the quality and success of aviation innovations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of high-tech aviation products.
- Serve as the first responder to machine issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
- Test products to ensure they meet specifications, and document important processing conditions.
- Collect and analyze data to support engineering projects and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Support new product development using advanced composites, textiles, coatings, foams, and additive manufacturing technologies.
- Perform quality audits and inspections, developing new test plans and executing trial runs.
- Assist with inventory management and equipment surveillance to ensure optimal performance.
What You Bring to the RoleEssential Skills:
- Expertise in composites, textiles, and fabrication equipment.
- Proficiency in laboratory practices and materials testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to identify issues and seek clarification when needed.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of composites, textiles, and fabrication equipment.
- Strong communication skills, a team player mentality, and critical thinking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering support roles.
- Hands-on experience with testing and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of industry test methods and lab workflows.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $37.00 per hour
