Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• Implementing SIX SIGMA, LEAN, PFMEA, APQP concept in process by adequate personnel training and related projects management.
• Performs the training of activities carrying out personnel; - periodically reports to designed level 1 functions the objectives realization stage, and nonconforming situations.
• Analysis and decision regarding the technological processes’ nonconformities and the UEC products’ nonconformities and the application of specific corrective and preventive actions; solving the complaints/notices regarding the UEC products and technological processes.
• Tooling / fixture design.

Required Qualifications

• Have experience min 5 years in production and in  tooling / fixture design on following processes  ( turning, milling, drilling, punching )  
• Have experience min 5 years  in technology design;
• Good knowledge of English language ;
