Manufacturing Engineer
Marietta, GA
Contract Position
$3,200.00/Weekly
Engage in critical aerospace projects, including the design and assembly of military aircraft that are central to national defense. This site is pivotal in advancing aerospace technology, offering roles that support the security and effectiveness of aviation and aeronautical innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and assembly of military aircraft critical to national defense and aviation innovation.
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for aircraft components and assemblies.
- Implement efficient production methods, tools, and procedures to improve cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.
- Provide technical oversight, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with design teams to address manufacturability challenges during the aircraft design phase.
- Support assembly and testing processes, ensuring production meets technical specifications and industry standards.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, working closely with production and quality assurance teams.
- Develop and enforce quality control standards, ensuring parts and assemblies meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- Provide floor support for root cause and corrective actions, resolving issues that impact safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years in Manufacturing Engineering within an Aircraft or Aerospace environment.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with the company and processes.
