Job Description:

Morson are working with an Aeropace Manufacturer who are loooking for a Manufacturing Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career.  

The job holder is responsible for developing and delivering new assembly technology projects that will benefit the business across the whole plant.

Tasks & Accountabilities:

The successful applicant will have the autonomy to develop and deliver new projects on behalf of the manufacturing technologies assembly team.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside other areas of the Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Team to identify strategic opportunities to develop and implement across the plant.

There will be scope to lead a number of different types of projects including Continuous Improvement Projects, Environmental projects, Health & Safety Projects as well as providing technical support to the manufacturing operations department.

Required Skills:

As the successful candidate, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Technical / skills:

  • Technical background in manufacturing engineering, background knowledge in drilling will help.
  • Fluent English negotiation level (commercial and technical).
  • Analytical skills / Problem solving skills
  • Strong team player
