You will be the Manufacturing Robotics Engineer, Sr. for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala, FL.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Robotics Engineer, Sr., your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts utilizing automation and other techniques to maximize quality and efficiency.
•Supports and participates in the design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of manufacturing tools and electromechanical systems that includes automated components such as robots, conveyors, vision systems and programmable controllers.
•Responsible for life cycle of automated processes and equipment from design to implementation to maintenance and upgrades.
•Stays informed of new developments in automation to facilitate continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
•Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
•Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
•Experience programming collaborative robots/experience with robotics.
•Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a technical discipline.
•Experience with and proficient in simulation software - RoboGuide, RoboDK, Visual Components.
•Must be a US Citizen due to facility requirements.
Desired Skills:
•Programming PLCs & HMIs.
•Experience assembling and wiring industrial control panels according to engineering schematics and diagrams.
•Experience programming machine vision systems.
•Understanding of ethernet with TCP IP.
•Modbus communication.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
