Description: You will be the Model-Based Integration, Test, & Evaluation (MB IT&E) Technical Lead for the MFC IT&E team, responsible for developing and leading the implementation of MB IT&E activities. Our team is responsible for shaping the strategy for IT&E model-based development and contributing to MFCs initiative to decrease cost and development schedule.
What You Will Be Doing
As the MB IT&E Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining IT&E Cameo models, collaborating with colleagues and senior leaders to shape the strategy for IT&E model-based development, and engaging with the Corporate IT&E Functional Leadership Team. You will also participate in modeling team meetings, Agile-based development team Sprints, and Test Factory development and sustainment efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining IT&E Cameo models
• Developing and maintaining documentation and how-to videos for users of the IT&E Cameo model
• Participating in modeling team meetings and Agile-based development team Sprints
• Participating in Test Factory development and sustainment efforts
• Contributing to the development of common enterprise strategy for Integration, Test, & Evaluation
• Mentoring engineers who seek career growth in this area
• Supporting other focus projects as they emerge

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM-related or equivalent professional experience
• At least five (5) years of experience with Integration and Test Engineering, including test planning and test execution
• Strong knowledge of SysML and/or UML
• Experience with using Cameo
• Interim Secret Clearance required to start
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with test system development process, especially with test system requirements development
• Familiarity with product testing throughout program lifecycle (design, integration, development, EMD, and production)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
