Job Description:
Accountabilities
The jobholder:
- Is responsible to support the production of Paintshop to find technical solution of problems which is block A/C external painting.
- Is filtering expert of all NC’s and takes over first trouble shooting activities. Find solution together with quality, MAP & XP. Check the feasibility if final solution.
Base on production rate 7:
- Sharklet, VTP, A/C painting process
- Downstream FOT / HO / TOT issues
- Upstream supplier WING SET issue
Main activities:
Outstanding Work:
- Analyse technically the OW still opened on upstream workstations
- Technical expertise
- Conduct technical expertise with other support (MAP, ME…)
Workstation handover
- Analyse NC items - Manage other support and suppliers until closure
- Collect all the &34;production data&34; to prepare industrial
- Address Outstanding work to downstream workstation
Outputs
- NC will be delivery to production in one day.
- NC must be done before FOT and QLB and E-TLB must be done before TOT.
- Incoming&outgoing meeting must be done one day after when A/C dockoin/out paintshop.
- Work with paintshop production and quality closely to have the production run smoothly.
- Work with other department closely to fix some problem about the external painting and also get the right knowledge and skill .
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical area; Minimum 5 years working experience
- Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking
- Very good communication skills
- Comfortable in International environment
- Be initiative to work, under pressure and flexible
