About the Role:
PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a highly skilled Principal Systems Engineer to join our team in the Aerospace industry. As a Principal Systems Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and executing critical projects, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence..
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, to maintain project control and direction.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks or issues that may arise.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication across teams.
- Lead, mentor, and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards for project management.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the Aerospace indiustry.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, including expertise in tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and external clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise-level projects and global teams.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
