Compliance Responsibilities:

• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, support any of EH&S activities as required.
• Comply with RTX’s “Code of Ethics” and related policies, take all steps necessary to foster open communications and to support RTX’s compliance, business practices, DIALOG, and Ombudsman programs.
• Fully comply with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and company policies relating to the export and import of products, services, and technical data as they apply to the Job Functional Responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities：

• Perform final release 1 nacelle component
• Manage job from receiving to shipping to meet company and customer requirement
• Conduct classroom training
• Compile training materials for responsible courses
• Carry out maintenance task according to repair scheme/routing/manual/procedure
• Ensure the work is done on schedule with good quality
• Maintain Equipments/tools in good working condition
• Ensure good discipline, housekeeping and shop floor safety
• To provide technical support to guide the repair and overhaul of nacelle components according to appropriate mantenance data.
• Prepare Standard Inspection & Repair Record (IRR) Forms for assigned programs.
• Prepare standard Sub-Job Attachment s for the programs.
• Disposition discrepancies identified in IRR and prepare Bill of Materials.
• Prepare engineering quotations and damage reports.
• Solve work-in-progress problems using cost-effective measures.
• Prepare the Engineering Support Request (ESR) for out of manual repair work and contact with GASCA repair group for repair scheme.
• Coordinate with Engineering  Design Department, Tooling Engineers and Materials Department to ensure the product is delivered on the committed date.
• Comply with the other assignment from the management

工作职责：

• 依据被批准的技术依据，独立完成一个主要产品的放行工作
• 从接收到发运全程负责维修工作并满足公司和客户要求。
• 进行课堂培训
• 编写所负责课程的教材
• 根据维修计划、工卡、手册和程序执行维修工作。
• 确保工作按照计划进行并达到质量要求。
• 维护工具设备使处于良好的工作状态。
• 保证良好的纪律和工作场所的整洁和安全。
• 对维修和大修工作按照适用的技术文件提供技术指导。
• 对所负责的项目准备标准的检查和维修记录表。
• 准备标准的维修用附件图表。
• 处理IRR里描述的损伤并准备材料清单。
• 准备工程报价和损伤报告。
• 解决工作过程中的问题。
• 准备超手册修理的技术支持表并与GASCA工程设计中心联系，以获得修理方案。
• 与工程设计部门，工装工具工程师和材料部门合作以确保按时完成维修工作。
• 完成管理人员分配的其他任务。

Employment Requirements:

• Bechalor degree 2 years or Master degree majored in science & engineering of prestigious university
• Obtain CCAR 66 license
• CCAR 66 English level 4
• Good work attitude and a team player
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Demonstrate the knowledge of defect limitation & correction
• Able to read engineering blue prints and repair sketches
• Able to read and understand relevant maintenance data, including but not limited to Manuals, SB/ AD, Industry standards, etc.
• Have the sense of continusly improving work and personal skill/knowledge
• Basic operation of Microsoft Office(WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT)

• CCAR 66 英语等级：4 级

• 有强烈的责任感
• 掌握缺陷的检验接受标准及常见维修方法。
• 能够理解工程图纸和维修方案图。
• 能够阅读和理解维修所需要的基本技术依据，包括但不限于维修手册，服务通告及适航指令，行业标准等
• 有意识不断改进工作和提高自身的工作技能和知识
• 有办公软件(WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT)的基本操作能力
