- Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful completion of the site relocation.
- Coordinate project tasks and manage workflow among cross-functional teams to align with project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Support the procurement and logistics of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to maintain alignment and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, contracts, change orders, and compliance records.
- Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to maintain momentum.
- Provide technical support and problem-solving assistance as required to overcome project obstacles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management support, preferably within an aviation or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, processes, and tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and related tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address project challenges efficiently.
