Description:Responsible for oversight of cost and schedule for the System Requirements and Integration Test for the Mission Control Systems (MCS) team. Will need to demonstrate significant experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to perform cost and schedule variance analysis; develop monthly estimate to complete assessments; maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS); risk/opportunity impacts; implement scope changes; and new program baseline activity - all in accordance with established monthly business rhythm. Also responsible for maintenance of the WBS dictionary and approval of the control account work authorization document. Additionally, he/she will interface with several disciplines across program management, cost integration, master scheduling, SCM, estimating, MRP planning and supply chain accounting, and production/engineering product teams to provide coordination, maintain Earned Value metrics, ensure appropriate Subcontract Data Requirement list flow down, and problem resolution. Interface with the program manager and production management team to inform of control account progress, identify potential risks/opportunities and develop, implement and manage corrective actions. Will also be required to interface with the customer representing LM Aero as the subject matter expert for their control accounts during integrated baseline reviews and cost/schedule variance reviews. Will serve as mentor for Control Account Managers on the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience on an engineering team

Completion of CAM101 or Earned Value Training
Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Good communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills
Problem solving skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
